Dia do Especialista é celebrado na EPCAR
Na oportunidade, militares foram agraciados com a Medalha Bartolomeu de Gusmão
Na última sexta-feira (25/03), o Comando da Aeronáutica (COMAER) celebrou o Dia do Especialista de Aeronáutica, data esta que marca a criação da Escola de Especialistas de Aeronáutica (EEAR), em 1941, na Ponta do Galeão, Ilha do Governador (RJ). Atualmente, a Escola está sediada em Guaratinguetá (SP), sendo maior pólo técnico da América Latina, mantendo a missão de formar e aperfeiçoar os graduados do Comando da Aeronáutica.
Para comemorar e enaltecer a data e os especialistas da Guarnição de Aeronáutica de Barbacena (GUARNAE-BQ), a Escola Preparatória de Cadetes do Ar (EPCAR) realizou a solenidade militar alusiva ao Dia do Especialista de Aeronáutica, com imposição da Medalha Bartolomeu de Gusmão. A solenidade ocorreu no pátio de formaturas da Escola e foi presidida pelo Comandante da EPCAR, Brigadeiro do Ar Daniel Cavalcanti de Mendonça, que também realizou a leitura da Ordem do Dia alusiva à data.
Atualmente, a Força Aérea Brasileira (FAB) possui mais de 25 mil especialistas em seu efetivo, entre homens e mulheres, oficiais e graduados. O Especialista de Aeronáutica é aquele que tem a nobre missão de fornecer o suporte necessário para a atividade-fim da FAB. São eles os responsáveis por diversas atividades de caráter geral e especializado, sem as quais, seria impossível administrar a complexa gama de rotinas que caracteriza a vida das instituições castrenses no mundo atual.
O Suboficial Jardel Vale Curado é músico e ingressou na vida militar em fevereiro do ano de 1999 e, em junho do mesmo ano, concluiu o Curso de Formação de Sargentos (CFS), quando foi promovido à graduação de Terceiro-Sargento. Suboficial desde dezembro de 2020, o militar destacou que a condecoração recebida é a certeza de que o trabalho realizado em todos estes anos contribuiu para o cumprimento das missões a ele atribuídas e que agora está sendo reconhecido pelo COMAER. “Tenho um sentimento de gratidão muito grande a Deus, porque entrei para ser sargento músico e atingi o topo da minha carreira, vencendo todas as etapas da profissão. É uma satisfação muito grande receber esta Medalha Bartolomeu de Gusmão. Tenho muita honra em servir à Força Aérea e vestir o azul”, finalizou o militar.
“Primeiramente, gratidão a Deus por existir e, aos meus pais, por me educarem de uma forma que eu conseguisse chegar até aqui. Infelizmente eles não estão aqui hoje, estão ao lado de Deus, mas sempre me apoiaram, assim como minha esposa e minhas irmãs. Cheguei aqui soldado e tenho muito a agradecer aos vários servidores civis e militares que me apoiaram durante todos estes anos.” Estas foram as palavras de outro militar que também comemorou o recebimento da Medalha Bartolomeu de Gusmão. Há mais de 25 anos no serviço ativo, o Cabo especializado em administração, Alexandre Gonçalves Cabral, fez questão de enaltecer a colaboração de todos os militares e servidores civis com quem atuou, durante todos estes anos, e que muito lhe ensinaram e contribuíram para que pudesse desempenhar suas tarefas diariamente. E, ao receber esta homenagem, o militar afirma dividir este mérito com todas estas pessoas que lhe ajudaram e, em especial, com sua família.
Durante a cerimônia, que contou com a presença de autoridades civis e militares de Barbacena (MG), foi cantada a Canção do Especialista de Aeronáutica. Encerrando a solenidade, a Guarda de Honra, composta por militares das unidades que compõem Guarnição de Aeronáutica de Barbacena, realizou o desfile militar.
Medalha Bartolomeu de Gusmão
A condecoração leva o nome do padre Bartolomeu Lourenço de Gusmão, um dos precursores da aviação, com trabalhos no campo da aerostação, e que representa a dedicação, zelo e amor à Aeronáutica. A medalha foi criada em julho de 1971 e é uma distinção concedida aos militares e civis pelos destacados serviços prestados à Força Aérea.
Dia do Especialista de Aeronáutica
No dia 25 de março, comemora-se o Dia do Especialista. Há 78 anos o Berço dos Especialistas prepara militares para as mais diversas funções. Existem duas formas de ingresso: o Curso de Formação de Sargentos (CFS), direcionado para o candidato com ensino médio completo, e o Estágio de Adaptação à Graduação de Sargentos (EAGS).
Atualmente o complexo de ensino técnico-militar ocupa uma área total de 10 milhões de metros quadrados composta por um corpo docente formado por 180 professores, entre civis e militares. A Escola abre todos os anos cerca de 750 vagas para jovens que já possuem diploma de nível técnico ou que desejam cursar uma das 27 diferentes áreas profissionais.
