Conta com PIX: Cemig realiza sorteio de crédito de R$ 5 mil em descontos de contas
Iniciativa irá proporcionar até dois anos de contas pagas a 20 clientes da Companhia
Os clientes da Cemig que desejarem participar do último sorteio da promoção Conta com PIX, a ser realizado no próximo dia 28 de maio, devem se cadastrar no site cemig.com.br/contacompix até as 23h59 do próximo sábado (21/05). O prêmio é um crédito de R$ 5 mil em descontos na conta de luz, que pode ser utilizado em até 24 meses.
Os clientes que se inscreveram até o último dia 06/05 participaram do quarto sorteio, realizado no último sábado (14/05). Este sorteio – cujo resultado será divulgado pela Cemig nesta semana – contemplou mais quatro clientes que efetuaram o pagamento da fatura de energia via PIX ou débito automático e que se cadastraram no site da promoção. Já os quatro contemplados no terceiro sorteio, realizado no dia 30/04, foram clientes dos municípios de Belo Horizonte, Betim e Esmeraldas.
Para concorrer, basta o cliente abrir o aplicativo do seu banco de preferência e selecionar a opção “PIX”. Não é necessário ter a chave PIX para realizar o pagamento por QR Code. Em seguida, deve-se apontar a câmera do celular para o QR Code da sua conta e confirmar o pagamento. Depois, é só cadastrar seus dados e os dados da conta paga com PIX no site cemig.com.br/contacompix. Após esses simples passos, o interessado já estará concorrendo.
O gerente de Arrecadação e Adimplência da Cemig, Wellington Fazzi Cancian, destaca que “a Promoção Conta com PIX busca estimular a adesão ao pagamento da conta de luz via PIX, uma forma moderna e cômoda para quitação de contas, que tem ganhado cada vez mais a adesão dos brasileiros. Além disso, a iniciativa visa garantir ainda mais segurança e agilidade para os clientes da Cemig”, explica.
Clientes cadastrados em débito automático também podem participar
Os clientes cadastrados para pagamento das faturas em débito automático também podem participar da promoção. Para isso, basta cadastrar a conta de luz paga por este meio de pagamento da mesma forma que faria com a conta paga pelo PIX. “Também é possível receber uma chance extra, caso o cliente já seja cadastrado ou se cadastre para receber a fatura por e-mail”, destaca o gerente.
As opções de cadastro para débito automático em conta ou receber sua fatura por e-mail estão disponíveis no Cemig Atende Web, que pode ser acessado no site da Companhia (www.cemig.com.br), ou por meio de contato pelo WhatsApp da Cemig (31 3506-1160).
Pelo Cemig Atende Web, basta realizar o login, selecionar a instalação que possui débito em aberto e, posteriormente, o serviço “Débito Automático – Cadastramento/Cancelamento”. Em seguida, o cliente deve informar seus dados bancários (banco, agência e conta corrente) para registro. Será necessário, ainda, validar a transação junto a seu banco, por meio de aplicativo ou caixa eletrônico.
O cliente também pode realizar o cadastro para débito automático em seu banco de preferência, utilizando o código disponível na própria conta de energia. O procedimento é simples e precisa ser realizado uma única vez. Clientes dos bancos Santander, Itaú, Banco do Brasil, SICOOB, Bradesco, Mercantil e Nordeste podem realizar o cadastro diretamente nos canais de atendimento da Cemig.
