Conta com PIX: Cemig lança promoção e clientes podem ganhar até dois anos de faturas pagas
Objetivo da companhia é estimular adesão do pagamento da conta de luz via PIX
A Cemig acaba de lançar a promoção “Conta com PIX”. Trata-se de um incentivo para que o cliente efetue o pagamento de sua fatura de energia por meio do PIX, uma forma moderna e cômoda para quitação de contas, que tem ganhado cada vez mais a adesão dos brasileiros, além de garantir ainda mais segurança e agilidade. Por meio da promoção, pagando a conta de luz com o QR Code do PIX, o cliente da Cemig concorre a até dois anos de contas pagas.
Para concorrer, basta o cliente abrir o aplicativo do seu banco de preferência e selecionar a opção “PIX”. Não é necessário ter a chave PIX para realizar o pagamento por QR Code. É o que explica o gerente de Arrecadação e Adimplência da Cemig, Wellington Fazzi Cancian. “Em seguida, o cliente deve apontar a câmera do seu celular para o QR Code da sua conta e confirmar o pagamento. Depois, é só cadastrar seus dados no site cemig.com.br/contacompix. Após esses simples passos, o cliente já está concorrendo”, comenta o gerente.
Vale lembrar que os clientes em débito automático também podem participar da promoção. Para isso, basta cadastrar a conta de luz paga por este meio de pagamento da mesma forma que faria com a conta paga pelo PIX. “Também é possível receber uma chance extra, caso o cliente já seja cadastrado ou se cadastre para receber a fatura por e-mail”, destaca o gerente.
Serão cinco sorteios, com quatro ganhadores cada, no valor de R$5 mil reais em créditos na Cemig, via desconto na conta de luz. Os sorteios serão realizados pela Loteria Federal, nos dias 30/03, 13/04, 30/04, 14/05 e 28/05 de 2022, e o crédito deverá ser consumido em até 24 meses.
O cliente participante deve ser o titular da conta de luz e estar adimplente junto à Cemig na data do sorteio – ou seja, o consumidor não deve ter nenhuma conta em aberto e vencida junto à companhia. Como se cadastrar para pagamento via débito automático
As opções de cadastro para débito automático em conta ou receber sua fatura por e-mail estão disponíveis no Cemig Atende Web, que pode ser acessado no site da companhia (www.cemig.com.br), ou por meio de contato pelo WhatsApp (31) 3506-1160.
Pelo portal Cemig, basta realizar o login, selecionar a instalação que possui débito em aberto e, posteriormente, o serviço “Débito Automático – Cadastramento/Cancelamento”. Em seguida, o cliente deve informar seus dados bancários (banco, agência e conta corrente) para registro. O cliente ainda precisará validar a transação junto a seu banco, por meio de aplicativo ou caixa eletrônico.
O cliente também pode realizar o cadastro para débito automático em seu banco de preferência, utilizando o código disponível na própria fatura. O procedimento é simples e precisa ser realizado uma única vez. Clientes dos bancos Santander, Itaú, Banco do Brasil, SICOOB, Bradesco, Mercantil e Nordeste podem realizar o cadastro diretamente nos canais de atendimento Cemig.

Esta é a maneira mais fácil, prática, segura e sustentável de receber a conta da Cemig. O serviço é gratuito e pode ser alterado pelos canais de atendimento a qualquer momento. Em apenas um minuto, e sem sair de casa, o cliente faz seu cadastro para receber informações e a conta por e-mail.

WhatsApp – envie “Conta de luz por e-mail” para o número (31) 3506-1160 e siga as instruções.
Cemig Atende Web: acesse o site cemigatende.com.br / Escolha a opção “Conta por e-mail” / Marque “E-mail” como a opção de receber a conta e indique o seu melhor endereço eletrônico para recebimento / Clique em “Enviar”.
Aplicativo Cemig Atende (disponível para Android e IOS): após acessar o app, entre em seu perfil e selecione a caixa “Aderir à conta digital”.
