Os jogos se encerraram na última sexta-feira (13/05)
Os Jogos Escolares de Barbacena (JEB) se encerraram na última sexta-feira (13/05). A Prefeitura Municipal de Barbacena, através da Diretoria de Cultura e Desportos, resgatou na edição 2022 o espírito esportivo dos jogos, interrompido devido a pandemia.
Os jogos se revezaram nos Ginásios Delmo Maria e Célia Mazzoni. E os campeões se classificaram para a etapa microrregional. Dessa maneira os jogos terminaram com os seguintes classificados:
No basquete masculino II, venceu o CVIC. Já no voleibol feminino II, o campeão foi o SESI – e no voleibol masculino II o colégio Estadual foi campeão.
Na categoria Handebol Masculino I, o SESI foi o campeão. Já o Handebol Feminino I, o colégio Conexão foi campeão. O Handebol Masculino II o campeão foi novamente o SESI e o handebol feminino II o vencedor foi o Amílcar.
Já no Futsal Masculino nos módulos I e II, o campeão foi o SESI. Na categoria feminina modulo II, o campeão foi o Amílcar.
Houve ainda as classificações do Xadrez com as seguintes colocações: Samuel de Oliveira do IF Sudeste ficou em primeiro no Módulo II Masculino. Bernardo Meireles, do SESI, ficou em primeiro no módulo I Masculino.
O SESI também venceu o módulo I e II feminino, tendo ficado em primeiro lugar no módulo I, Lavinia Veloso – e em primeiro lugar no módulo II Sarah Alves.
