Barbacena recebe mais de 5.300 testes de diagnóstico rápido de Covid-19
Ao todo serão enviados 1.306.320 testes aos municípios mineiros
A Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES-MG) iniciou nesta quarta-feira (02/02), o envio de 1.306.320 testes de diagnóstico rápido de Covid-19 aos municípios do estado. O objetivo é manter a expansão do diagnóstico e assim direcionar esforços para combater a contenção da pandemia no estado. A Unidade Regional de Saúde (URSs) de Barbacena receberá 5.360 destes.
Os testes estão sendo encaminhados às URSs por meio dos Correios, estimando-se um prazo de entrega de 48h. Assim, todos os testes serão distribuídos para os municípios que se encontram sob a respectiva região de abrangência.
Desde o início da pandemia, a SES-MG disponibilizou um total de 2.659.580 testes rápidos para a detecção de antígeno SARS-CoV-2. Além disso, são realizados testes RT-PCR na rede pública de laboratórios referenciados do estado.
Os testes rápidos de antígenos com distribuição deverão ser utilizados na testagem dos casos suspeitos de Covid-19, mesmo aqueles com a forma leve da doença.
Considerando o cenário epidemiológico dos casos de síndrome gripal em Minas Gerais, recomenda-se aos gestores municipais de saúde que direcionem o uso dos testes rápidos de antígeno dentro dos eixos da atenção primária à saúde (APS), atenção especializada à Saúde (AES), subsistema de saúde indígena (SasiSUS) e da vigilância em saúde.
Positividade
A SES-MG monitora a realização dos testes por meio do registro e notificação dos casos no sistema oficial do Ministério da Saúde (E-SUS notifica). O registro inclui extração e qualificação dos dados para análise, o número de exames realizados em todo o estado e a porcentagem de resultados positivos em janeiro de 2022.
Orientação
A SES-MG orienta que, se possível, as secretarias municipais de saúde organizem ações de testagem extramuros.
Uma possibilidade é a utilização do guia prático para a realização de triagem de casos de Covid-19, utilizando testes rápidos de antígeno (TR-AG), descrito no Plano Nacional de Expansão da Testagem para Covid (PNE-Teste).
Recomendações técnicas adicionais podem ser consultadas na Deliberação CIB-SUS/MG Nº 3.598, de 8 de novembro de 2021. Orientações referentes à priorização da testagem em locais com baixa disponibilidade de testes ou capacidade operacional limitada podem ser consultadas na Nota Técnica nº 1/SES/SUBVS-CELP/2022.
